The event, originally scheduled for an earlier date, will now take place on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at 8:00 AM CT. This change in schedule was made to ensure the safety and convenience of all attendees.

Rep. Mann, as part of his commitment to his constituents, visits all 60 counties in the First Congressional District each year. These town halls provide an opportunity for individuals to express their concerns, ask questions, and engage in meaningful dialogue with their elected representative.

Regarding future town halls, Rep. Mann’s office stated that details will be released at a later date, allowing residents of other counties in the district to have their voices heard as well.

The rescheduled Douglas County Town Hall will be held at the Sports Pavilion Lawrence (Legacy Room), located at 100 Rock Chalk Lane in Lawrence, KS. The event will begin promptly at 8:00 AM CT and is scheduled to conclude at 8:45 AM CT.
