Officers in Manhattan, Kansas responded to several incidents between March 5 and March 6, 2026. According to the Riley County Police Department, a report for domestic battery and criminal damage to property was filed late on March 5. The victim is a 53-year-old woman, and the suspect is identified as Storm Roudybush, 34, of Manhattan. Roudybush was arrested shortly after midnight on March 6 and charged with domestic battery and criminal damage to property. He received a total bond of $6,000 and remains in custody at the Riley County Jail.

In another case, officers filed a report regarding drug distribution and related offenses early on March 5 in the 800 block of Temple Lane. Stephen Blair, 22, of Manhattan, was arrested just after 3 a.m. for distribution of certain stimulant (at least 3.5 but less than 100 grams), distribution of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, possession of substance under KSA 65-4105(h), and criminal use of weapons. Blair’s bond was set at $25,000; he also remains confined at the Riley County Jail.
