On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Manhattan High School standout Owen Goode’s current college team, the Emporia State Hornets, lost 15-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Pittsburg State Gorillas.

The game took place at Al Ortolani Field. This was their second matchup against the Gorillas this season.

The Hornets’ next game is scheduled for Monday, Feb. 24 at 1 p.m. at Al Ortolani Field against Pittsburg State Gorillas.
