On Tuesday, April 1, former Manhattan High School standout Owen Goode’s current college team, the Emporia State Hornets, lost 5-4 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Missouri Western Griffons.

The game took place at Griffon Baseball Field. This was their second matchup against the Griffons this season.

The Hornets’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 2:20 p.m. at Crane Stadium at Tompkins Field against Central Missouri Mules.
