On Friday, April 11, former Manhattan High School standout Owen Goode’s current college team, the Emporia State Hornets, won 14-8 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Washburn Ichabods.

The game took place at Glennen Field. This was their first matchup against the Ichabods this season.

The Hornets’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 2 p.m. at Glennen Field against Washburn Ichabods.
