On Tuesday, April 1, former Wamego High School standout Ashten Pierson’s current college team, the Creighton Bluejays, lost 3-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Omaha Mavericks.

The game took place at Creighton Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Mavericks this season.

The Bluejays’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 3 p.m. at Washington Nationals Youth Academy against Georgetown Hoyas.
