On Sunday, March 16, former Manhattan High School standout Owen Goode’s current college team, the Emporia State Hornets, won 9-8 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Rogers State Hillcats.

The game took place at Glennen Field. This was their third matchup against the Hillcats this season.

The Hornets’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18 at 3 p.m. at Glennen Field against Missouri Western Griffons.
