Tracey Mann has represented Kansas's 1st District since 2021, succeeding Roger Marshall after his departure from Congress. Born in Quinter, Kansas in 1976, Mann is currently 46 years old and resides in Salina. He graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2000.

These comments come amid ongoing partisan disagreements in Congress over continuing resolutions (CRs) intended to keep the federal government funded and operational.
