U.S. Representative Tracey Mann (KS-01) addressed the U.S. House of Representatives for the final time before the 2024 presidential election, urging Americans to reject the Biden-Harris Administration's policies.

"Mr. Speaker, I rise to acknowledge that this will be the very last time I speak in this Chamber before we have a new president-elect," Mann began. He emphasized the choice voters face in the upcoming election: "We can choose four more years of Vice President Harris’ chaos and madness, or we can choose four years of law and order and American strength."

Reflecting on his tenure in Congress, Mann recalled a period when he believed America was strong under President Trump. "When I came to Congress almost four years ago, America was strong. Our streets were safe, and our border was more secure than any other point in recent history," he said.

Mann credited President Trump with leading an era of economic prosperity and global strength. "Even in the face of adversity, President Trump led the federal government in empowering America’s small businesses and families," he noted. He highlighted achievements such as the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act and historic trade deals like USMCA.

However, Mann expressed concern about current conditions under Vice President Harris and President Biden. "Unfortunately, much of that greatness has been undermined," he stated. He criticized their administration for making America less safe and weakening its global standing since January 21, 2021.

He accused them of reversing effective policies from the previous administration: "Since day one, Vice President Harris and President Biden have been laser focused on rolling back President Trump’s policies that actually worked." He cited issues such as open border policies and economic challenges like inflation.

Mann also pointed out what he sees as failures in foreign policy: "Vice President Harris and President Biden’s weak foreign policy gave Russia a green light to attack Ukraine while their appeasement to the Iranian regime emboldened Iran-backed Hamas to attack our strongest ally in the Middle East, Israel."

Concluding his speech, Mann posed questions about America's future direction: "Do we want to gift our children a nation with wide open borders? Do we want them to grow up in a country with an economy that fails to work for the average family?" He urged voters to consider these points when heading to the polls.

"In a short few weeks, we will all head to the polls, and we have a choice," Mann said. "I know what choice I will make."
