Mann was born in Quinter, Kansas in 1976 and currently resides in Salina. He graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2000. Before joining Congress by succeeding Roger Marshall in 2021, Mann built connections within both agricultural and business communities across Kansas.
