Tracey Mann was born in Quinter, Kansas in 1976 and currently resides in Salina. He graduated from Kansas State University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Since taking office after Roger Marshall in 2021, Mann has focused on issues affecting rural communities across his district.
