Tracey Mann was born in Quinter, Kansas in 1976 and currently resides in Salina. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University in 2000. Mann succeeded Roger Marshall as representative of Kansas’s 1st district in Congress beginning in 2021.
