U.S. Representative Tracey Mann, who serves Kansas’s 1st congressional district, recently posted a series of messages on social media highlighting policy efforts and historical milestones relevant to his constituents.
On July 29, 2025, Mann addressed disability advocacy in Kansas by stating, "Advocating for Kansans with disabilities means supporting strong public policy and community-based services that provide the resources they need. I met with the @KS_DD_Council to talk about expanding access to care, strengthening ABLE accounts, and supporting families across the" (July 29, 2025).
Later the same day, Mann turned attention to animal health research within his district. He wrote: "The Big First is home to many of the crown jewels of animal health research, where cutting-edge research occurs every single day.
The OBBBA increased funding for animal health research to limit disease outbreaks before they begin and eliminate risks to our food supply chain." (July 29, 2025).
In a third post marking a significant anniversary in U.S. history, Mann noted: "67 years ago today, Kansas’ favorite son, President Dwight D. Eisenhower, established @NASA by signing the National Aeronautics and Space Act into law." (July 29, 2025).
Tracey Mann has represented Kansas's 1st District in Congress since 2021 after succeeding Roger Marshall. Born in Quinter in 1976 and currently residing in Salina, Mann graduated from Kansas State University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree.
