Congratulations to Chief Cid for graduated from the KU 2022 Kansas Certified Public Managers course in Topeka!
The Certified Public Manager designation is awarded to public sector managers who have completed 300 hours of study through the National Certified Public Manager Consortium.
The program is a comprehensive course of study by which public managers can acquire and apply best practices and professional competencies such as; coaching, conflict management, process improvement, policy development, agency creativity, transformative leadership, budget planning, and a final capstone project.
The St Marys Police Dept continues to emphasize following best industry practices and maintaining a high level of training to help better the community we serve.
