On August 18, Mann emphasized the importance of both health care and conservation for rural communities in Kansas. I stopped by Rice County District Hospital and met with the Rice County Conservation District in Lyons to discuss improving access to care and preserving the land we rely on. A day later, on August 19, Mann commented on national security developments, stating, "Today, the United States is more secure than it has been in years. Born in Quinter, Kansas in 1976 and currently residing in Salina, Mann graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2000.
